You can get support through the DRILL-UK Discord or by using /report in game. Use Discord for general help, questions, appeals and tickets, and use /report for live in-game issues.

Yes. A working microphone is required to play on DRILL-UK.

If your voice is not working:

Check your input and output devices in FiveM Settings → Voice Chat

Try toggling voice using N (default push-to-talk)

Occasionally there can be a slight delay in the delivery of purchases on a server, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before contacting our support team.

We also recommend checking that you are logged in to the correct account on the game server.

To report a player in-game, press T to open chat, type /report, and press Enter. This will open a direct communication channel with the staff team.

Please make sure you have a clip of your interaction of 2 minutes or more.

For any issues outside of the game, please open a support ticket in our Discord.

This issue is most commonly caused by your Extended Texture Budget being set too low. When this setting is lower than what your system can comfortably handle, FiveM may fail to load player entities correctly, causing other players to appear invisible.

How to fix it:

Open your settings [ESC]

Go to Graphics

Increase Extended Texture Budget

If the issue continues, restarting FiveM after long play sessions can also help prevent texture-related problems.

If rules are broken, the staff team may take further action. This helps keep the server fair, enjoyable, and consistent for everyone.

We recommend starting with the basics:

Adjust your settings to ensure everything works correctly

Find a shop or business to get food

Set up your in-game phone (default key is M, but this may vary — check your keybinds if needed)

To start earning money, head to the “i” icon on your map. There you can interact with an NPC offering over 25 starter jobs to help you get going.

In ‘payment history’ you can cancel any subscription.

In most cases, connection issues occur when CFX is unable to detect your Discord session. This is required for authentication on many FiveM servers and can prevent you from joining if Discord is not properly recognised.

How to fix it:

Open Task Manager

Fully close Discord and FiveM (ensure it is not running in the background)

Reopen Discord and allow it to fully load

Launch FiveM after Discord has finished loading

If prompted, allow Discord to connect with CFX

Once completed, try reconnecting to the server. This resolves the issue for most players.
