DRILL-UK RULES

The rules are straightforward.
Any ignorance of the rules will result in a ban.

When any situation is being reviewed, more than one opinion will be used to reach a conclusion — making it unbiased and fair.

Staff will not take action on a rule break without a report, but they are allowed to act on things not explicitly listed.

Staff have the final say in any situation.

READ EVERY RULE CAREFULLY, understand them, and abide by them.

How To Report

To report a rule break in the city:

• Press T and type /report, then press Enter.
• You must provide a 2-minute clip of the incident.

General Rules

• No RDM (Random Deathmatch)
• You must have a valid RP reason before using force.
• You must initiate with threats/demands before killing.
• No Revenge RDM — if you were RDM’d, use /report with a clip.
• Toxic people will not be tolerated in our city, you will be given community service or a ban.

• TOS RULES
• Racially motivated hate speech – No slurs, stereotypes, or any form of racial harassment.
• Homophobic or transphobic comments – Respect everyone’s identity; no derogatory language or hate speech.
• Comments targeting disabilities – No insults, jokes, or harmful remarks about physical or mental disabilities.

• No Crimes Against EMS
• No stealing EMS vehicles.
• No killing EMS.
• No robbing or kidnapping EMS.

• NLR (New Life Rule – 10 minutes IRL)
• You forget everything from your past life.
• You cannot return to the place you died.
• You cannot revenge kill.
• You must leave the area of death.

• Out of Character (OOC)
• No IRL threats (family, doxxing, suicide threats, etc).
• No mentioning rules during active RP — use /report instead.

• Server Basics
• You must have a working microphone.
• You must create a character (no default characters).
• No Combat Logging.
• No Revenge Pushing.
• No Stream Sniping.
• No Advertising / Soliciting.

• VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)
• No running people over intentionally.
• No repeated ramming for attention.

• Fail RP
• Do not purposely destroy RP.
• Do not break character to reference rules.

• Cop Baiting
• No intentional police chases.
• Must verbally initiate roleplay with police for 2 minutes.

• Other Rules
• No ERP (forced = perm ban).
• No Powergaming (running into greenzones, camping, baiting).
• No Blindfire/Q-peeking.
• No Animation Exploits.
• No Metagaming (IDs, Discord calls, talking while dead, OOC info in RP).
• No Respawning in active RP.
• No disrespecting staff.
• No unrealistic driving (off-roading without proper vehicle, random stunts).
• No abuse of /dv, /me commands.
• Cannot force hostages to withdraw from bank.
• KOS only allowed in Redzones or gang turf rules.
• No harassing females — server is female-friendly.
• No using radios/digital comms while cuffed.

Initiation Rules

• Aiming is initiation (including police — they may shoot if threatened).
• Verbal disrespect (“[Gang] K”) = initiation.
• FearRP:
• 1v3+ armed = must comply.
• If unarmed = must comply in all situations.
• Tasers do not equal guns — you must comply to a gun.

• What Counts as Initiation:
• Aiming a weapon.
• Shooting tyres (must give chance to act).
• Lockpicking a car.
• Stealing a car.
• Tazing.
• Punching/ramming.
• Ramming a car 2+ times when someone’s in it.
• Gang Rules
• Gang initiation lasts 2 minutes and covers one block area.
• Only same gang members in 2+ matching gang clothes may act.
• Allied gangs only if present and declared together before initiation.
• You cannot announce after initiation has already started.

Robberies

• 3 outside shooters max for Bank Robberies.
• 2 outside shooters max for Jewelry Heists.
• No outside shooters for Stores/Gas Stations/Museum.
• Only one robbery at a time.
• Must announce outside shooters to police.
• Max hostage time:
• Civilians: 15 mins.
• Police: 30 mins (unless agreed longer).
• No fake hostages.
• Cannot kill compliant hostages.
• Must initiate with 3 guns before tying/bagging.

Drug & Money Wash / Taxing

• Only one gang may tax a location at a time.
• Must have 2+ members present to tax.
• Max tax: $200,000.
• Must give a chance to pay or leave.
• No waiting outside for enemies.
• No killing for refusing tax (must instruct them to leave).
• No hostages inside wash.
• No AFK farming at drug locations.

Redzones

• RDM is allowed.
• Entering a redzone = automatic 2 min initiation.
• NLR does not apply in redzones.
• Dead players cannot communicate tactical info.
• No bulletproof car exploits.

Purple Zone Rules

• Zone owners may KOS inside without initiation.
• Others must follow normal initiation rules.
• Police may not be KOS’d unless they initiate first.
• EMS only after combat is cleared.

Tebex

• Purchases are final — no refunds.
• Bans do not entitle refunds.
• All items are digital, have no real-world value, and cannot be resold or traded.
• Loss of items will not be refunded.
• Tebex items cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted.
