How do I redeem my purchase?
After completing your payment, your items will be delivered automatically in-game or activated on your account. To activate them press T and type the word "Donator", you can redeem your items here. If you don’t receive them within 5–10 minutes, make sure you’re logged in with the correct account and connected to the DRILL-UK city. Still no luck? Open a ticket in our support system and we’ll sort it.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you have a great experience and will do our best to resolve any issues.
